What is included in the all-inclusive package?

Siyam World's Premium 24/7 WOW! All-Inclusive package includes meals at selected restaurants, a selection of premium beverages, daily minibar replenishment, complimentary non-motorised water sports, snorkelling equipment, fitness and recreational facilities, Wi-Fi, scheduled entertainment and selected activities. A complimentary trial dive is available, but full PADI diving courses and certain premium dining, drinks, excursions and activities are chargeable. Inclusions are subject to the package applicable to your reservation.

How do I get to Siyam World from the airport?

Transfers must be arranged in advance through the resort. From Velana International Airport, guests can take an approximately 40-minute seaplane flight during daylight hours. For evening arrivals and departures, guests can take an approximately 30-minute domestic flight to Maafaru Airport, followed by a 15-minute speedboat transfer to Siyam World. Transfer charges or complimentary-transfer benefits depend on the confirmed offer and will be clearly stated in your quotation.

What's the best time to visit?

Siyam World is a year-round destination. November to April generally brings drier weather, more sunshine and calmer conditions, while May to October may have more tropical showers and offers lush scenery and attractive seasonal rates. Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed at any time of year.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Siyam World is a family-friendly resort offering family villas, children's activities and Kidz World. The Kids Club is complimentary for children aged 3 to 12 years. Children below 3 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or a babysitter can be arranged at an additional charge.

Can I customize my dining experiences?

Yes. Dietary requirements, allergies and special occasions can be communicated to the resort in advance. Private dinners, celebration arrangements and customized dining experiences may also be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges. Please share your requirements when booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card through the payment options provided with your booking. The required deposit, payment deadline and any applicable card-processing fee will be clearly stated in your quotation and invoice. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by package and booking date. Standard policy allows free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Please confirm specific terms when booking.

Is travel insurance recommended?

Yes, we recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. The Maldives is remote, and comprehensive coverage is wise.

Do you offer honeymoon packages?

Yes! We offer special honeymoon experiences including romantic dinners, couples' spa treatments, and complimentary room upgrades. Mention your honeymoon when booking.
